The Full Moon is the time for reflection, assessment and gratitude. Here are some questions to help you.
● Assess your progress on your goals and plans, are you keeping to the plan?
● How much progress and improvement did the week of Increase that came with the 1st Quarter Moon achieve?
● How have you handled any setbacks or problems?
● What is your emotional state, is it up, down or variable?
● What is your mental state, are you stressed or stable?
● What can you truly feel grateful for in your life, achievements and progress?
Capricorn is the 10th sign of the Zodiac and is the sign of Mastery - I USE Capricorn uses its intelligence, dedication, diligence and hard work to rise to great heights, achieve mastery in skills, work environments etc and build a legacy.
There are two symbols available for Capricorn; the traditional one is a Goat with a fish tail. This shows their mastery of the material world (the Goat) which is the element of Earth, and the emotional world (the fish) which is the element of Water. By combining the best of these two elements they can manifest their ambitions.
The other symbol is of a Mountain Goat, high up a mountain. This shows their ability to climb high to places unavailable to others through their sure footedness, tenacity and perseverance.
When the Full Moon is in Capricorn your focus is on how much you have used your skills to raise your momentum and achievements since the last Full Moon. Be like the mountain goat and look from a higher plain, see your life and achievements like the goat sees the landscape before him. Take the bigger view than the day by day focus that you are usually inside. Ask yourself these questions, the answers will help you with your future planning.
Where you are making real progress
What is or is not working for you
Who or what is blocking your progress
What you need to transform
What situations, habits or relationships you need to end or change
What you need to regenerate, bring back or work harder on
When you have asked yourself these questions, seen what is good, what needs to change and what you need to bring in it is time for some Gratitude practice. Look at these areas and give thanks for what you see
Your life - home, family, friends etc
Your work
Your goals and the plans you have set up to achieve them
Your successes and achievements
Your personal growth
What lessons you have learnt through this process

The Tarot Card that is associated with Capricorn is The Devil which portrays the power of the inner self, human instincts and emotional drives.
We all have them but need to master and use them to live our lives in a healthy way.
To not do so means that they enslave us, like the 2 figures chained below him. However the chains around their necks are loose and they can release themselves easily.
We have the power to master ourselves and grow upwards, like the mountain goat can climb upwards at will.
This card is urging us here to be masters of our selves and destiny and see where we need to rise above what holds us back and look upwards towards our goals.
