The Full Moon is the time for reflection, assessment and gratitude Here are some questions to help you.

● Assess your progress on your goals and plans, are you keeping to the plan?

● How much progress and improvement did the week of Increase that came with the 1st Quarter Moon achieve?

● How have you handled any setbacks or problems?

● What is your emotional state, is it up, down or variable?

● What is your mental state, are you stressed or stable?

● What can you truly feel grateful for in your life, achievements and progress

Aquarius is the 11th sign of the Zodiac and is the sign of progress, invention,

technology, clarity and pragmatism - I KNOW - using analysis, seeing

connections and the bigger picture.

The symbol for Aquarius is a man pouring water from a bowl. This shows

emotion (Water) being removed from the bowl to make space for clarity of

thought (Air).

When the Full Moon is in Aquarius your focus is on what clarity has come through for you; on your hopes and dreams, plans, systems and structures that you have in place to achieve them and also to run your life.

Reflect and assess on these points, they will assist you in future planning and setting priorities.

● What you need to transform

● What situations, habits or relationships you need to end or change

● What you need to regenerate, bring back or work harder on.

When you have asked yourself questions, seen what is good, what needs to change and what you need to bring in it is time for some Gratitude practice. Look at these areas and give thanks for what you see.

● Your life - home, family, friends etc

● Your work

● Your goals and the plans you have set up to achieve them

● Your personal growth

● What lessons you have learnt through this process

The Tarot Card that signifies Aquarius is The Star, the cards of hopes and dreams.

This card echoes the Aquarius symbol, though in this card it is a woman

pouring water from 2 pots - 1 onto the earth and 1 onto the water.

In addition to the symbolism of Aquarius, this card talks about harnessing your emotions

and accepting them (pouring water into water) and understanding your

emotional motivations and triggers so that you control them rather than them

controlling you (water onto earth).

This card is asking you to honour and give gratitude for all that your efforts have achieved - what you have watered that is growing well.
