Volcanoes are one of the most destructive forces on this planet, and yet, most of the land we stand on was created with lava flows and earthquakes from eruptions.

This card is therefore telling us to be careful of our emotions, especially anger and frustration, for if they are allowed to boil over unchecked, the results could change the landscape of our lives dramatically.

This Wednesday there is a Solar Eclipse and New Moon in Leo, the sign of boldness, power, strength, self confidence, passion, and in its negative aspect arrogance, vanity, ruthlessness and pride. It is not a good time to let your negative emotions spill out.

If you are holding back frustrations and anger find ways to deal with them in a calm and measured way. Journal, talk things over with a trusted person, get counselling if necessary. Allow yourself to cry, punch a pillow, go for a run. Physical exercise can be a good way to release stress and tension safely. Use this week to find ways to deal with old wounds and heal your emotions to release the stress you are holding in your body.
