It's a good time to take stock of your life and see if there's any situation in your life where you need to step back, make changes or move away.


Take a good look at your physical and mental health, do you need to rest, heal or recuperate? Take stock of your emotions and thoughts, look for the stresses and strains that are pulling you down and look for ways to negate them and bring you back into balance.


It's time to take a time-out to recap, re-assess and strategize, then go and do something that refreshes you. This could be a short and simple as taking a long luxurious bath without your phone and any interuptions or a perhaps you could take a holiday or short getaway to take you out of your routine and give yourself a fresh perspective.


Getting into nature can be healing at times like these too. When you plug into the natural world instead of the man-made treadmill you get the chance to breath fully and unwind without distractions and interruptions, helping you centre and reconnect with the natural rhythms of life.
