CHOICE - I Choose to live In truth

Every decision we make, action we take - or don't, thing we say, or belief we cling to is a choice.

Every choice we make affects our future.

The choices we make are critical, but we have to ask ourselves if the choices we are making are truly our own, or those of others. We may be choosing a path to take that has been instilled in us by our parents, school, peer group or religion. We may live in ways that are as a result of blocks and conditioning put into us by our upbringing; the ways others treat us can instil fear, loss of self confidence, insecurity, low self worth and more.

All of these are not our truths, though we may feel that they are because they are ingrained deep into our psyches.

This card is asking us to take a deep look into our core beliefs about the way we live our lives and ask if they are ours or not. It is hard work - also known as Shadow Work - and can feel destructive and dangerous as we are moving out of our comfort zones and into the unknown. However, by doing this work we are giving our hearts to the chance to speak our personal true desires, dreams and goals into being. If you have ever felt that there was something better than what you are doing now your heart is trying to call you back - to your own control, your own dreams and purpose.

This card is number 3, which in Numerology represents the union of mind, body and spirit. It is associated with creativity and optimism. Making our own choices means we are in that union; all parts of ourselves are working together to create a life where we can be creative in our work, how our homes look and feel, our hobbies etc. This gives us the freedom to be our authentic selves, and we can be optimistic about our future because we know that whatever comes along we are able to make decisions free from doubts, fears and any expectations from others. We act instead of reacting.

This freedom is our truth in action, the key to our inner self and the door to our future. We are in control of our feelings and actions and this enable us to create our new reality bringing joy, abundance
