New Moon in Pisces 28th February 2025 00.44 GMT

This is the last New Moon in the Lunar Zodiac year and gives us a chance to review our hopes, dreams and plans before we move into the forward looking and changeable energies next month.

The symbol for Pisces is two fishes moving in opposite directions - up and down, showing that they have the capacity to reach both the heights and depths of existence, and their emotions. It is ruled by the element of Water which rules the emotions, and makes them fluid and changeable, intuitive and artistic. They have a foot in each world - the inner and outer - and the task is to balance both. The glyph for Pisces shows them moving in opposite directions - left and right, showing the balance that can be achieved. Both are shown in the picture above.

With this in mind this New Moon in Pisces asks us to take the deep journey into our heart and soul to ensure that the plans we have been working on truly reflect our deepest desires, reflect our skills and talents and that we have not overestimated our ability to make them work. Pisces can be unrealistic at times and we need to be sure that we are on the right path to the future we desire and evisage.

Next month, with the Sun, Moon and Solar Eclipse in Aries is going to bring changes, active energies and new ideas so we need to be in as much balance as possible to enable us to cope with the energies that are coming.
